Insert the probe at least 0.4” (10mm) into the object to be measured. Read the temperature on the LCD display Notes: • Only the stainless steel probe can be exposed to temperatures above 122°F (50°C) or below 14°F (-10°C). The plastic housing and/or electronics will be destroyed above or below these temperatures • Remove the battery when storing the thermometer for long periods of time. • The thermometer cannot be used in a microwave oven.
