CORCOM Product Guide High Performance Power Line Filter for Medical Applications HZ Series UL Recognized CSA Certified VDE Approved 3EHZ1 HZ Series Specifications The HZ series provides good performance for filtering in medical applications. The leakage current for this filter is extremely low due to the absence of the line-to-ground capacitors. The high inductance value allows good performance for both differential and common mode noise in a compact package. The filter is compact and available with a 3 amp current rating. Moderately priced, this filter is a good alternative for medical applications where additional protection is needed. For more information on UL544, see Appendix C.
