安全指南，針對經過設計認證的安全閥（型號DBD../..E），按照壓力元件指南97/23/EG
• 在訂購一台經過設計認證的溢流閥之前，必須進行檢查，
來保証在要求的響應壓力p下，安全閥的最大允許流量qV
max大於系統/蓄能器的最大可能流量。
必須遵守相應的規則！
• 按照DGRL 97/23/EG，由於流量的關係，系統壓力必須
不能高於設定響應壓力（見元件號）的10%。
必須不能超過在元件號中給出的最大允許流量qV max。
安全閥的回油管必須以安全的方式排放，油液一定不能匯
集到一個排放管路中（見樣本AD2000-A2）
必須考慮使用注意事項！
• 元件號中給出的響應值是制造廠在2 L/min流量下設定的。
• 元件號中給出的最大允許流量針對回油（油口„T”）管中無背
壓的工況成立。
• 拆下安全閥的印封，DGRL的認可無效！
• 必須考慮壓力元件指南和樣本AD2000-A2的要求！
• 推荐通過把插件連接在閥體/塊體上，並且加印封（孔在插
件的六角中），來避免非授權地從閥體/塊體上拆卸經過設
計認証的插裝閥。
注意！

由於在回油（油口„T”）管中的背壓值，系統壓力隨著流量加大
而提高。（必須考慮樣本AD2000-A2中的要點6.3）
由於流量的關係，要保証系統壓力不能高於設定響應壓力的
10%，允許的流量必須相對於回油（油口„T”）管中的背壓而減
小（見12-14頁的圖）。
