DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMSSH-3 Series
types are Silicon Schottky Diodes, epoxy molded in
a SUPERmini™ surface mount package, designed
for fast switching applications requiring a low forward
voltage drop.
