M34 SERIES SINGLE OUTPUT LED FLASHER IC __________________________________________________________________________ GENERAL DESCRIPTION The M34 series is a low voltage single output LED flashing controller IC implemented by LSI CMOS technology. The output can directly drive 3 pcs of super bright red LED or 2 pcs of normal type LED to flash synchronously. With built-in RC oscillator circuit, minimal external components are required. Various flashing frequencies are available for different applications.
