DESCRIPTION
The TCZT8020 include matched infrared emitters and
phototransistors in leaded packages, used to assemble
custom-designed transmissive sensors or reflective
sensors. The phototransistor package blocks visible light.
• Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and in
accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC
