G983-XXX Global Mixed-mode Technology Low-Dropout, 600mA Linear Regulator Features General Description The G983 are low-dropout, linear regulator. It is available in SOT-89, SOT-89-5 and SOP8 packages. The MLCC capacitor can be used for output capacitor. The G983 turns off linear regulator function when EN pin is low.
