REACH Statement
On June 1, 2007 the European Unions REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and restrictions of CHemicals) regulation
went into effect.
All aluminum electrolytic capacitors, aluminum polymer capacitors, film capacitors and super capacitors supplied by Illinois
Capacitor, Inc do not exceed the levels for the SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) chemicals requiring registration under the
REACH regulation 1907/2006.
