TDA7200 - Infineon

Product Brief
TDA 7200
The IC is a single chip FSK/ASK Superheterodyne Receiver (SHR)
for the 400 to 440MHz frequency band with very low power consumption. It offers
a high level of integration and only a few external components are needed to build
a fully functional superheterodyne receiver.
The device contains a low noise amplifier (LNA), a double balanced mixer, a fully
integrated VCO, a PLL synthesizer, a crystal oscillator for the reference frequency,
a limiter with RSSI generator, a PLL-based FSK demodulator, a data filter, a peak
detector and an advanced data comparator (slicer) with the option of selection
between two threshold modes.
Additionally a power down feature is available which can save current and extends
the battery life.
Applications
 Remote control systems
 Alarm systems
