TOKYO - January 29, 2004 TDK Corporation today announced its Consolidated business results
prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of
America (the "U.S. GAAP") for the 3rd quarter ("Qtr.") of fiscal year ("FY") 2004, the three months
