Factory Pre-Programming (Encryption & Non-Encryption)
Custom Processing (Including custom testing, restricted material set, custom product
specifications, etc.)

Tape and Reel Packaging
Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum order quantity and incremental line item quantity for Custom Product is a function of the
package type and is listed in the following table.

Minimum Order Quantity for the 25-ball WLCSP custom product is 10,000 units, w hich w ill be sourced by a full w afer
resulting in a shipment betw een 9,000 and 10,000 units. Customer w ill receive and be invoiced for one full 5,000 units
reel and one partial reel betw een 4,000 and 5,000 units. The remaining backlog quantity w ill be cancelled and the order
deemed complete.
