Description and purpose :
For our products MMBD1501~MMBD1505 has the same electrical & mechanical performances
with MMBD1501A~MMBD1505A series, now in order to facilitate our customers to select our
products more easier, we decide to combine them together and just use MBD1501~MMBD1505
as standard product from now on. This adjustment will not bring any function difference in the
field application.
