The terminals of capapcitor are dipped in flux for 5 to 10 seconds
after treatment.
Afterwards, the capacitor is dipped in a solder bath.
・ Temperature of solder : 235 ± 2℃
・ Dipping depth : 0.20 ~ 0.25 mm
・ Dipping time : 2 ± 0.5 sec
・ Dipping speed and pulling up speed : 25mm/sec.
EVALUATION CRITERIA :
95% of the surface of lead wire must be covered with the dipped solder.
