The transistor is encapsulated in a
4-lead, SOT121 flange envelope, with
a ceramic cap. All leads are isolated
from the flange.
A marking code, showing gate-source
voltage (VGS) information is provided
for matched pair applications. Refer

Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLF147 is capable of withstanding a load mismatch
corresponding to VSWR = 50 through all phases under the
following conditions:
VDS = 28 V; f = 28 MHz at rated load power.
