It excels in displaying analog measurements such as music volume, water flow, or illumination level. This device can be used in a bank of displays where many measurements can be viewed at once. If panel space is tight, one device can display multiple measurements in a sequence or the operator can scroll through displays. Medical Equipment This device displays up to 35 images to provide status and process condition information to operators. At a glance, condition is shown using the red, green, and amber backlighting. Graphic images can display numeric values in a variety of formats including dial gauges. Output commands can be sent out automatically based on pre-programmed values or input from operators. When the controller counts a fixed number of pills, it then triggers another device to seal the bag, and send it to the next station. Controller is used as a food timer where it is hooked up to a heating element. When the switch is pressed, the burger is cooked for a fixed time until the controller switches the heating element off. It can also be hooked up to a temperature sensor indicating the burger is cooked correctly. Process indicator is hooked up to a motor controller and a load sensor. When the load becomes too high, the indicator flashes red, alerting the operator that an action is required. The process indicator then sends a shut down signal to the motor controller.
