Test Condition and procedure: 5.1 Test Condition: 5.1.1 85℃ 85% ; 1000hrs; PS1: 5.5V 5.2 Test Procedure: 5.2.1 Check out Dut card’s pin mapping and matching with IC samples. 5.2.2 Check out IC sample’s quantities and mark with number. 5.2.3 Put Burn-in board into oven till up to test condition then start test. 5.2.4 Take out the samples and send back to the customer for F/T at 168hrs, 500hrs and 1000hrs. 5.2.5 Finish testing, under the room temperature, taking out IC samples, then package and send back to customer. 6. Result: 6.1 Visual Inspection of the 45ea ICs are pass. 6.2 The electrical functions of the 45ea ICs were all pass by customer’s confirmation.
