TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the Samsung SUHD TV Exchange Promotion 1. Samsung SUHDTV Exchange promotion (the “Promotion”) shall start on 16th July 2015 and end on 8th August 2015. 2. TV sizes of 32” up to 55” & above of Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, Toshiba and Sharp are entitled to avail the Promotion. To avail full discount, old TVs should be in good condition and with remote control and base stand. 5. The installation teams of each of the dealer Shops will evaluate the conditions of the old TVs upon delivery and installation of the new purchase Samsung TVs. 7. Final discount vouchers will be given to the participant to the Promotion after the evaluation of the old TVs that the participant to the Promotion is exchanging, has been completed by the installation teams of each of the Dealer Shops. 8. All disputes are subject to and shall be construed and governed by the laws applicable in the Territory and shall be settled and resolved by the competent courts having jurisdiction in the Territory. 9. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to include any variation, amendment, deletion or addition to any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
