1/3-type B/W Progressive Scan CCD Area Sensor with 350K Pixels (2ch)
High Speed and High Sensitivity including near-infrared light region (200frames/s @60MHz)
Description
The RJ33B4AD0DT is a 1/3-type(5.92mm) solid-state image sensor that consists of PN photo-diodes and
CCDs(charge-coupled devices) with approximately 350K pixels.
The sensor provides a stable high speed (200frames/s @60MHz) B/W image and high sensitivity including near-infrared
light regions.
