Pin Configuration
• Wideband:
Usable 10–5000 MHz
The PSD-4001 is a wideband
analog level detector which
provides low drift RF level
measurement from -30 to +5
dBm. It contains a temperature
stable diode detector and a
precision, low offset, op-amp.
The unit is built with chip and
wire construction on a thinfilm substrate for small size
and ruggedness.
