Introduction
Power discrete semiconductors are used throughout the industries from automotive, consumer electronics,
computer, lightings, and telecommunications. Won-Top Electronics is a leading designer and manufacturer of
high quality discrete semiconductor devices including small to high power Schottky Rectifiers, Superfast
Rectifiers, Ultrafast Rectifiers, Fast Recovery Diodes, and Standard Recovery Diodes. These devices are
offered in surface mount, axial lead, and power-pack packages.

Schottky
Rectifiers
Schottky Rectifiers are the optimum discrete components for high speed and low power
loss applications. Constructed in Schottky barrier chip with guard ring for transient
protection, Won-Top Electronics offers our customers a wide variety of barrier heights
to best suit their end applications. These products are ideally suited for low voltage,
high frequency rectification or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes.
Superfast
Rectifiers
Encapsulated in SMD, axial lead, and power-pack packages, Won-Top Electronics’
Superfast Rectifiers feature reverse recovery time as low as 28nS to complement
Schottky Rectifiers for higher voltage requirement in high frequency applications. These
products are intended for use in switching mode power supplies and frequency circuits.
Ultrafast
Rectifiers
Won-Top Electronics’ Ultrafast Rectifiers characterize reverse recovery time as low as
50nS, low forward voltage drop and soft recovery features. They are ideal to use in
switching mode power supplies and high frequency circuits in general, where both low
conduction losses and high switching efficiency are required.
Fast Recovery
Diodes
As a family member of the recovery diodes, Won-Top Electronics’ Fast Recovery
Diodes are having maximum switching times of 150nS and low cost characteristics.
They are ideal to use in switching mode power supplies and high frequency circuits in
general, where low conduction losses, high switching efficiency, and low build cost are
critical.
Standard Recovery
Diodes
Constructed with glass passivated die or silicon open junction die, Won-Top
Electronics’ Standard Recovery Diodes characterize low forward voltage drop and high
current handling capability. These products are low cost and ideally suited for general
purpose applications such as consumer electronics, lighting, computers,
telecommunications equipment and accessories.
