200mA CMOS Positive Low Dropout Voltage Regulator
General Description
• LC2121N/N5 is a positive low dropout voltage regulator fabricated by CMOS
process. It consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network
for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection and a chip
enable circuit (5 Pin type only).
LC2121N/N5 is ideal apply to various battery powered devices and with high
supply voltage ripple rejection, low dropout voltage, low noise, high output voltage
accuracy, and low current consumption
• There are 9 Fixed output voltages :1.2V, 1.3V,1.5V, 1.8V , 2.5V,2.8V,3.0V,3.2V
and 3.3V versions
It is suitable for applications that required supply current up to 300mA
• LC2121N/N5 are available in SOT-23 , and SOT-23-5 packages
