100mA Adjustable Positive Voltage Regulator LA317L 100mA Adjustable Positive Voltage Regulator General Description • LA317L is a three terminal adjustable positive regulator capable of supplying100mA over an output range of 1.2V to 12V. • The LA317L is exceptionally easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage which could down to 1.20V.Furthermore,both line and load regulation are better than standard fixed regulators.Additionally,LA317L includes on-chip current limiting and thermal overload protection. All overload protection circuitry remains fully functional even when the adjustment terminal is disconnected. • LA317L is available in TO-92 (Bulk),TO-92 (Ammo) and SOP-8 packages.
