1. Although for some devices the range is from Vcc min to Vcc max, there are exceptions;
e.g., Vcc min =3.0v, Vcc max = 5.5v, but the allowed range is only 3.3v ±10% or 5.0v ±10%.
Also, the maximum operating frequency may be lower for operating near Vcc min.
Please consult the Hardware Manual for full Vcc and frequency specifications.
2. Key: Y = Yes, includes 32 kHz clock oscillator circuitry; in = external 32 kHz clock input for
sub-clock mode.
3. This is the sum of I/O pins + input only + output only pins. ROMLess devices may use
