Power Modules New MiniSKiiP® 0 PIM Modules Second header Vincotech expands its second source compatible MiniSKiiP® 0 PIM module MiniSKiiP® 0 PIM 34 x 31 x 16 mm covering 6 A to 10 A for 600 V with IGBT3 and 8 A for 1200 V with IGBT4. The Vincotech MiniSKiiP® 0 PIM modules are a perfect second source to Semikron’s product range or an excellent first choice for your application. Vincotech is offering all of their MiniSKiiP® on request also with pre-applied thermal grease for easy use. The MiniSKiiP® 0 PIM modules are fully compatible with the Semikron equivalent.
