Muster zu testen: 1. MiniMELF package has got the same length, but smaller diameter (1.6 instead of 2.0 mm) than SOD87. Both will fit onto the same pad layout. 1. Das MiniMELF Gehäuse ist gleichlang wie das SOD-87, hat aber einen kleineren Durchmesser (1,6 statt 2,0 mm). Beide passen auf das gleiche Pad-Layout. 2. To compare the total power dissipation it is best if parameter RthA / device mounted on PCB is considered: at the Diotec types it is 150 K/W and therefore comparable to Philips with Rth j-a = 150..175 K/W. 2. Zum Vergleich der zulässigen Verlustleistung zieht man am besten den Parameter RthA bei Montage auf Leiterplatte in Betracht: Dieser beträgt bei den Diotec-Typen 150 K/W und ist damit durchaus vergleichbar mit den Philips-Typen mit Rth j-a = 150..175 K/W. 3.
