SUNCLIX junction box
For an automated process
Industrial Connection Technology,
Marking Systems and Mounting Material
The SUNCLIX junction box contacts the
photovoltaic modules quickly and reliably in one
step. It is specially designed for thin-film modules
or crystalline modules of small performance classes.
The special feature is the fully automated assembly
of the junction box. It is simply aligned with the
upright contact ribbons and pressed against the
module – that‘s it! Customer-specific adaptation is
possible for individual requirements, for instance
regarding contact spacing or cable cross-section.

The first toolless connection system for
photovoltaics – simple efficiency!
SUNCLIX connectors
Non-stop up to the inverter
Say goodbye to crimping pliers, shrink
sleeves and other compromises. From now
on, when installing photovoltaic systems,
you can wire varying cable lengths from
the module to the inverter considerably
more efficiently – with SUNCLIX. The
field assembly SUNCLIX connector can
be connected quickly, easily and reliably
without any special tools:
1. Insert the stripped PV conductor
2. Press down the spring and snap it in
3. Tighten the screw connection – that's it!

There is nothing more to prevent module
manufacturers from increasing productivity.
The 100% automated SUNCLIX junction
box simplifies the processes and thus
reduces costs.

Especially the last cable section to the solar
inverter usually has an indefinite and variable
length. SUNCLIX connectors make connecting the
conductor to the SMA inverter faster and simpler
than previously. The interlocking of field and
device connectors that can only be opened using
a screwdriver prevents accidental removal of the
connector from the inverter.
