DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMLDM7120TG
is an enhancement-mode N-Channel MOSFET,
manufactured by the N-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON) and a
MAX threshold voltage of 0.85V.

• Battery powered portable equipment

• Device is Halogen Free by design
• ESD protection up to 2kV
