Packing List • Panel Mount Bracket--- x2 • M4* 10 Screw--- x4 To mount the chassis to a rack, use the two panel mounting brackets in the accessory package on the front side of the chassis. These brackets can also be used for wallmounting. It may cause the system to hang. Instead, try to allow some space on the right side of UNO chassis. (Figure 3.12). Note: The UNO-3000 series is fanless and depends on the heat sink to transfer heat. The procedure for installing the heat-sink on the mainboard is complex, so don’t try to move the mainboard from the chassis and backplane. (If you uninstall the mainboard and cannot install it correctly back to chassis, the system may not be able transfer heat and will crash) Note Please do not sperate the mainboard (illustrated by the red circle below) from the chassis 5 Chapter 1 UNO-3000 Accessories User Manual 6 1.2 Stand Mounting 1.2.1 UNO-SM70-AE UNO-SM70-AE is used for Stand Mounting the UNO-3000 Series Packing List • Stand Mount Bracket--- x2 • M4* 10 screw--- x4 To stand the chassis on a desk, use the two stand mounting brackets on the both side of the chassis.. Figure 1.6: Stand Mounting the UNO-3000 Series 7 Chapter 1 1.3 Wallmounting 1.3.1 UNO-WM72/ 74-AE UNO-WM72/ 74-AE is used for Wallmounting the UNO-3000 Series. Packing List • Wallmount Bracket--- x1 • Hook Bracket--- x2 • M3* 5 screw--- x6 1. Attach the two hooks in the accessory package to the chassis with three screws. You can also use screws on the side to firmly attach the chassis to the wall-mounting bracket. Make sure the wallmounting bracket is in the right direction. The arrow should point upwards.
