To prevent network problems when the platform shuts down, the NA-820 supports two groups of LAN by-pass function through WDT and GPIO pin definitions. In addition, the platform supports two high bandwidth DDR2-533/667 DIMM sockets up to 4GB memory. In order to provide the best network performance and utilization, this network security platform has storage interfaces including one 2.5" IDE or SATA HDD and CompactFlash , and one MiniPCI slot with 32bit/33MHz is available for expansion.
