A recess is now included in the design to ensure that the soldering terminals are
freely suspended in the tape and is better protected from risk of deformation.
5. Target conversion date:
Samples with the new carrier tape will be available upon request.
New carrier tape will be used for manufacturing for lots loaded beginning of Feb. 1st 2011.
