of a future-proof true Field-and-ForgetSM 1+ Gbps plant for greenfield, upgrade, and overlay installs practical

ANADIGICS 4X Class PDs demonstrate full DOCSIS 3.1 and Euro DOCSIS 3.1 downstream physical layer (PHY)
compliance to RF amplifier specifications from 50 to 1218 MHz. Full DS bandwidth performance at four times the power of
first generation GaN PDs enables true Node + 0 HFC/FTTx/HPON infrastructure that operates superbly, delivering analog,
single carrier QAM, OFDM, or any mixture of signals at 1218 MHz, 1090 MHz, 1003 MHz, or lower DS frequency limit.

Arsenide (GaAs) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) processes, wafers, die, amplifier circuits, and modules designed specifically for
our industry, using any of the ANADIGICS 4X Class PDs ensures your customer’s plant operates as designed over the long
haul. 4X Class PDs are designed and tested to operate 24/7 for decades – that’s Field-and-ForgetSM technology!
Employ the SOT-115 package ACA4741 or ACA4788 to deliver four times (“4X”) the total composite power (TCP) possible
using first generation class GaN PDs (>77.5 dBmV TCP versus 70.5 dBmV TCP). This power is accompanied by zero bit
error content delivery using the same +24 Vdc supply voltage our industry has used in plants to power hybrids for over
40 years.
For multiport and mini-nodes, line extenders, bridgers, D-CCAP, and R-MACPHY nodes demanding the smallest landed
footprint possible, the ANADIGICS ACA2456 and ACAC2458 surface mount technology (SMT) package PDs are your
ticket to maximum profit at lowest bill of material (BOM) cost. The ACA2456 and ACA2458 offer the same performance as
the ACA4741 and ACA4788 SOT-115 package PDs but in the industry’s trusted for 25+ years SOIC-16 with exposed pad
(EP) SMT package. Only ANADIGICS can deliver 4X the power from a PD using SMT package technology.
