The News:
Vishay Intertechnology announces that it has extended the capacitance range of its 440L series of
AC-line-rated ceramic disc capacitors. Designed to provide high reliability for Class X1 (760 VAC)
and Class Y1 (500 VAC) applications in accordance to IEC 60384-14, 4th edition, the Vishay CeraMite devices are the industry’s first to offer capacitance up to 20 nF (part number 440LS20-R).

 Consist of two silver-plated ceramic discs with tinned copper connection leads offering 0.81 mm
 Available with radial kinked or straight leads with spacing of 9.5 mm
 Encapsulation is made of flame-resistant epoxy resin in accordance with UL 94 V-0
