RFMD . ® 2.4 GHz SmartEnergy/ZigBee® Front End Module RFMD offers the RF6525, which integrates a complete solution in a single front end module (FEM) for SmartEnergy/ ZigBee® applications in the 2.4-2.5 GHz band. This FEM integrates the power amplifier plus harmonic filter in the transmit path and the low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode in the receive side. The RF6525 also incorporates a diversity switch and provides balanced input and output signals for both transmit and receive paths, respectively.
