Qualified according to JEDEC moisture sensitivity Level 2.

Environmental friendly; RoHS compliance.
Applications:
> Consumer appliances: Backlighting illumination as in PDAs, LCD TV.
> Communication: indicator and backlight in mobile phone, flash light.
