Low input voltage for the
Granite Power PFC Front End (GP-MPFC1H21)

The MIL-COTS PFC Front End can accept a wide 102-264 VAC input range, frequencies from 47
to 440 Hz, and deliver up to 1400 W of output power.
It has been determined that the product will operate to input voltages as low at 85 VAC*, provided that an
additional de-rating is applied. The figure below displays the required de-rating based on input voltage
and baseplate temperature, including operation to 85 VAC and up to 100 °C. The PFC Front End will follow
the de-rating below for all rated frequencies. The PFC Front End is safety agency certified (UL and TUV) for
operation down to 85 VAC, provided that the de-rating outlined below is followed.
