The e CLF6045N ound SMD power indu ctors featurre high efficiency and re eliability ove er a very wi de tempera ature range extending ffrom -55 °C C to +150 0 °C and offfer rated ind ductance va alues from 1.0 1 μH to 47 70 μH (E6 sseries). Mea asuring in at 6.3 3 mm x 6.0 mm x 4.5 mm, m the CL LF6045NI-D types are available a fo r rated currrents of 0.28 A to 6.7 A and offer DC resistancce values ra anging from 1.1 mΩ to 1.30 Ω. Ma ass production will be b launched d in Februarry 2015. The new produccts are qualified to AEC C-Q200, and thus fulfill the rigorouus requirem ments of the autom motive indu ustry. Thank ks to TDK's advanced materials m te echnology thhe new com mponents featu ure outstand ding heat re esistance. A new bondiing process s for the term minals enab bles a solde erless strucctural design n that featurres improve ed mechanic cal strengthh. The fully automated manu ufacturing process p ens sures the hig gh reliability y and qualitty of these ccomponents s. As a resullt, the new inductors i arre suitable ffor use in applications in demandiing automottive envirronments su uch as the power p supp ply circuits of o engine co ontrol moduules (ECM) and a ECUs for airbags, ABS S, and head dlights.
