Battrax® Single Port Neg Series
The Battrax® Protection Thyristor series offers
programmable SIDACtor® overvoltage protection
components for SLIC applications. The Single Port
Negative Battrax® Protection Thyristor series provides
a programmable device that is referenced to a negative
voltage souce while internal diodes provide protection
from positive surge events.
