INVERTER

DESCRIPTION
The U74LVC3G14 is designed as three independent Inverters
with Schmitt-trigger action. it may have different input threshold
levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT−) signals.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing
device destruction when it is powered down.


FEATURES
* Wide supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V
* Inputs accept voltages up to 5.5V
* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode
* Low static power consumption; ICC=10μA (Max.)

