When VDDE pin is changed from off to on, the power noise may make it impossible to retain the internal state of the circuit. Power-on : Supply voltage of VDDI pin → analog → Supply voltage of VDDE pin → signal Power-off : Signal → Supply voltage of VDDE pin → analog → Supply voltage of VDDI pin There is no problem for turning on and off the power (VDDI/VDDE/analog) simultaneously.
