DESCRIPTION
The U74AUP1G06 is a single inverting buffer with open-drain
outputs and it provides the function Y= A in positive logic. The
output of this device is open-drain, and can be connected to other
open-drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high
wired-AND functions.
This device is ensures a very low static and dynamic power
consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device
destruction when it is powered down.

FEATURES
* Wide supply voltage range from 0.8V to 3.6V
* Inputs accept voltages up to 3.6V
* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode
* Low static power consumption; ICC=0.5μA (Max.)
* Optimized for 3.3V Operation

