The UTC UUD80D40 is a silicon diode, it uses UTC’s advanced
technology to provide customers with low forward voltage, low
leakage current and high surge current capability, etc.
The UTC UUD80D40 is suitable for various applications such as
PFC and plating power supply, etc.

