3-STATE OUTPUTS

DESCRIPTION
The U74LVC241 contains two 4-bit line drivers with separate
output-enable(1 OE /2OE) inputs. When (1 OE /2OE) is low and high,
the device passes data from the A to the Y. When(1 OE /2OE) is
high and low, the outputs are in the high-impedance state.
The U74LVC241 can be used in a mixed 3.3V/5V system
environment. This device has power-down protective circuit,
preventing device destruction when it is powered down.

FEATURES
* Operate From 1.65V to 3.6V
* Input Accept Voltages to 5.5V
* Partial-Power-Down Mode Operation
* Max tpd is 6.1ns at 3.3V

