SILICON DIFFUSED POWER TRANSISTOR
DESCRIPTION
The UTC BU208A is a high voltage, high power, high
speed switching NPN transistor in a mental envelope,
primarily for use in power supply and horizontal deflection
circuits of color television receivers.
