REYNOBOND ® Clean Room Technical
REYNOBOND® ACM panels have been effectively used for clean room wall systems because
they are lightweight, easily fabricated, sound resistant, and perform to Class "A" in the ASTM
E84 Flame Spread test. Clean room environments demand a durable, smooth, maintenance
free wall panel, and REYNOBOND® delivers. Sensitive clean room functions, such as computer
chip manufacturing, require a low "outgassing" product, i.e., one that will not release molecules
into the room to contaminate the products being made. REYNOBOND® is available with a low
outgassing, static dissapative finish that enhances the movement of static charges across the
wall and into an electrical ground. This finish is also resistant to many common chemicals
found in a laboratory setting as indicated on the attached promotional flyer.
The standard color is Clean Room White.
