DESCRIPTION
The UTC SS14W is a surface mount schottky barrier rectifier, it
uses UTC’s advanced technology to provide customers with high
current capacity, high efficiency and low forward voltage, etc.
The UTC SS14W is suitable for polarity protection, low voltage high
frequency inverters and free wheeling applications, etc.

