DESCRIPTION

The UTC RS1K is a surface mount fast recovery rectifier, it uses
UTC’s advanced technology to provide customers with fast switching,
high forward surge current and low reverse leakage, etc.
The UTC RS1K is suitable for surface mounted applications.

