Main features
■Measurement of Admittance characteristics
Continuous measurement function
Graph of Fs against time
Some equivalent circuit value, quality factor (Q value), loss
factor (D value) and frequency of minimum
susceptance(F2), etc are measured in addition to
resonance frequency and resonance resistance as well as
an impedance analyzer and network analyzer.
■Continuous measurement function
This software have a continuous measurement capability
to repeat sweep.

reduce the influence of phase shift and stray admittance.

●Measurement Conditions
■Sweep End Freq. is determined by set Start Freq., Step Freq. and Freq.
Sweep Points.
■Open Correction: the correction of stray admittance in more than 1kΩ as
resistance
■Sweep mode:
Single: Graph of G and B against Sweep frequency and G-B graph displays.
Repeat: Graph of Fs against time displays.
■Repeat Interval: The interval repeat sweep in Repeat of Sweep mode.
●Advanced Settings
■Auto: The default value according to Sweep Start Freq.
■Waiting Time: The waiting time until the drive Freq. becomes stable.
■Phase Shift Corr.: The correction of the delayed current phase due to
thevoltage in high Freq.
■Sampling Cycles: The sample cycles for the increased noise in high Freq.
●User settings
■ User Settings: The selectable 5 batch setting of Measurement Conditions
and Advanced Settings
Measurement and graph display
It displays Graph of G and B against Sweep frequency and G-B graph or Graph of Fs against time and
Measurement Results and Approximation Results.
These results mean the equivalent circuit of resonator and the admittance circle diagram.
Its excel data are useful for the customer’s original applications.
