DESCRIPTION
The UTC UT3008-H is a P-channel MOSFET, it uses UTC’s
advanced technology to provide the customers with a minimum on
state resistance.
The UTC UT3008-H is suitable for backlighting, power
management functions and DC-DC converters.

FEATURES
* RDS(ON) < 17mΩ @ VGS= -10V, ID= -10A
RDS(ON) < 25mΩ @ VGS= -4.5V, ID= -10A
* Low RDS(ON)

