Resembling surface mount ICs, our family of μModule® (micromodule) power products includes complete system-in-a-package solutions

Active Battery Balancing ICs
Electric vehicles (EV) and plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) are demanding longer usable run time from their battery stacks. These stacks of
