Initially it was with P9.0 the corrected one is P9.1 For XMC4800-E196 and XMC4700-E196 devices the missing pin J12 declaration is corrected. Due to this, the selection of output pins for CCU81 CC80/1/2/3 was not possible. Now this issue has been resolved after correcting the pin J12 declaration.
